Has anyone had Mergest Kingdom reset to level 1? I was on level 20, ready to go to level 21. Woke up this morning and it had reset.

This is caused by clearing the browser cache. As long as you do not clear the cookies of the browser you are using, you can continue the game from where you left off by logging in from the same browser.
